To help us resolve your request faster, include the account email you used on TechInView, a short description of the issue, and any useful IDs or screenshots.
- For billing: payment ID, order ID, pack name, and charge date.
- For bugs: page URL, browser/device details, and repro steps.
- For account access: the email address tied to the affected account.
- For privacy requests: the specific request and the relevant account email.
Response expectations
We review support requests in the order they arrive and prioritize billing issues, access problems, and privacy or security concerns first.
